To inform your knowledge of regulatory requirements, you should obtain information from a wide variety of sources. This can include:

National – Care Quality Commission (CQC), Skills for Health, Skills for Care, statutory guidance and frameworks, other government agencies etc.
Local/regional – Local Authority, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) etc.
Professional networks – Registered Managers Networks (supported by Skills for Care), Nursing and Midwifery Council etc.

You should research and access a range of different sources of information and evaluate how effective they are at supporting your knowledge of regulatory processes.
