For this assessment criterion, you will be required to use agreed ways of working to carry out your own role and support others to carry out their responsibilities.
Agreed ways of working will include your own organisation’s policies and procedures as well as the agreed ways of working you developed with other professionals and agencies to meet agreed objectives.
As mentioned in previous sections, you should, from the outset, agree on joint objectives, policies and procedures with the other partners as well as establish how progress will be monitored and evaluated. Timelines for activities should be set along with scheduled agendas for reviewing and evaluating them.
You should also establish the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for each partner as well as the scope and boundaries for each role.
All agreements should be documented so that all partners understand their own role and that of others and everyone can be held to account for their responsibilities.
